History of Oneness Movement - How it all began...

How it all began…

The entrance proclaimed the vision of its founder Jeevashram; a gurukula patashala set amidst sylvan surroundings is the chosen place that cradled the divine phenomenon that was to later engulf the whole world.

Along the alleys on either side were boards with profound insights on diverse aspects of life like relationships, parenting, right schooling, suffering, bondage and liberation. The campus echoed with the laughter of the children. The spiritual atmosphere of the patashala nurtured in the children a freedom of spirit and a tenderness of being.

Suddenly one day strange happenings were spoken in whispers among the children that a divine phenomenon had broken loose on the campus. The golden ball of Divine Grace had descended and a mystical phenomenon was unfolding itself with the hitherto playful children turning into unbelievable prophets, miraculous, healers, saints in divine communion, experiencing tremendous states of consciousness that were a prerogative of the few seers and sages of the past.

Trivikram Sahadev, the great grandson of erstwhile local raja and an active student of the school, was walking back to the classroom after the lunch hour. During one of these exciting days, passing through the administrative blocks he happened to glance through one of the rooms where Sri Bhagavan was seated. For a brief period their eyes met. The boy swooned and there after for three continuous days the inmates witnessed the boy moving on and off into Nirvikalpa Samadhi. At last when the boy was becoming irretrievable, Sri Bhagavan Himself intervened and restored the boy back to his normal state. Such instances of children moving into extraordinary states were becoming common occurrences. Everyday some child or the other would pour forth revelations about the future occurrences or expound with unmatched eloquence the great insights of enlightened masters or emanate such silence, bliss and love from their being, that, it transported others too who were in touch with them.

The pinnacle of these glorious events was the awakening of Antaryamin of the higher sacred. This mystical phenomenon formed the fountainhead for millions of people across the globe for whom a divine communion with their hearts has become a normal everyday affair today.

It was during this phase that Sri Bhagavan decided to reveal His Mission to the rest of the world. With the mission being carried into the masses by the disciples, the movement started unfurling itself across the length and breadth of the nation. Scores of men, women, and children, young and old partook of Sri Amma Bhagavan’s Divine grace and got redeemed of their physical and mental afflictions, discovering a causeless love and joy to their existence. Thus it began…

Sri Amma and Sri Bhagavan

Sri Bhagavan was born in the year 1949, march 7th at Nattham, Tamilnadu. Sri Amma was born in the year 1954, on August 15th in a beautiful village called Sangam, Nellore District on the banks of the river Pennar.

Nectar courses down the throats of millions of devotees even as they utter the word Amma. Words are reduced
