Catch it when it is still small...

A man had a cavity in his teeth. When the dentist was cleaning the cavity the end of the drill broke. The dentist carefully removed every little piece of metal. Three years later the man complained of pain in his neck. He went for a check up but nothing was found wrong.

Six years later, he complained of pain in his shoulder. But nothing was found in diagnosis. Twelve years later, he suffered with unbearable pain in the jaw. The X-Ray was taken and it showed a small foreign substance lodged in his mouth a tiny fragment the dentist's drill, causing him pain for 12 long years!

A man may have some fear, hatred, jealousy, envy or resentment lurking somewhere in his consciousness like the tiny piece of dentist's drill. If he does not become aware of it and works upon it, however tiny it be, he cannot lead a painless life.
